BASIC INFORMATION OF THE PROJECT

1. This project is for the treatment of waste gas generated during the painting and baking process in furniture production. The waste gas mainly consists of benzene, toluene, xylene, and total VOCs.
2. The air volume is 60000m ³/h, the relative humidity is 80%, and the concentration is about 300mg/m ³/h.
3. The treatment process used is water spray+dry filter+activated carbon adsorption concentration+catalytic combustion (CO) equipment. After processing, it meets the emission limit for volatile organic compounds in the furniture manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province DB44/814-2010 for the second period.
